ABOUT THIS ROLE
St. Michael's is hiring to fill a Proposal Manager position to support our proposal activities for the Department of Defense (DoD), the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Intelligence Community (IC). LOCATION

Woodbridge, VA - Hybrid (ability to report on site 3 days per week)

REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 years of experience in Federal Government proposal management
  • Expertise with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and Teams
  • APMP or Shipley experience, training and/or certification

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead complex competitive Federal Government proposal efforts.
  • Manage the proposal development process independently from beginning to end, in accordance with APMP/Shipley and the St. Michael's framework.
  • Maintain and execute up-to-date best practices in marketing, writing, technical editing, and graphic design while leading proposals.
  • Develop and edit original proposal content as required.
  • Work collaboratively with both St. Michael's employees and external partners
