Expert Partner, IT Strategy Consulting, ERP Transformation - SAP S/4 Hana -(Manufacturing, Consumer Packaged Goods, Retail)

  • Applications, Infrastructure and Security Modernization
  • Sourcing and Spend Optimization

What you'll do:

Our Consulting Senior Expert Partners are responsible for subject matter expertise, high-level project delivery and oversight along with client relationship management. You will oversee teams, and advise clients at the highest strategic level on both big-picture and tactical matters, focusing on how technology enables a wide range of business outcomes.

What you'll need:

  • Experience within a well-regarded management consultancy in a project delivery and sales capacity
  • Deep technical expertise with large-scale end-to-end ERP transformations (ERP selection, design, sequencing, implementation, governance, etc.)
  • In depth knowledge and experience with SAP ECC to S/4 Hana transformations
  • Enterprise Application Strategy expertise (creating roadmaps, selecting partners, choosing platforms, implementations)
  • History of growing ERP consulting practices (grow, develop, evolve ERP consulting practices for Manufacturing, CPG, Retail and/or supply chain clients)
  • Experience working with Manufacturing, Consumer Packaged Goods and/or Retail clients on very large-scale ERP transformations / enterprise application transformations
  • Comfortable providing expert guidance and selling to, influencing and building trust-based relationships with senior executives
  • An ability to be hands-on and to manage multiple client priorities simultaneously A consistent track record of leading people and building high-performing teams
  • MBA or other advanced degree preferred

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 184,000 USD - 248,400 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates.
