Summer Recruiting Intern - June - August At Avanade, together we go beyond... As a Recruiting Intern, you will learn the exciting world of corporate recruiting by identifying, engaging, interviewing and hiring interns for Avanade! You will have access to the industry's best training and work directly with a world class recruiting team and Hiring Managers across multiple disciplines. You will help create diversity sourcing campaigns to further Avanade's focus on building an innovative and diverse workforce. You will work with multiple software tools including but not limited to: LinkedIn, Handshake, candidate tracking systems, online reporting systems, Power BI, Teams, Outlook, Excel, and other required tools. This is you: * A focus on PEOPLE, you can talk to anyone, anywhere. * A junior, senior or graduate student working towards a degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Analytics or other related degrees. * Strong record of achievement and leadership in work experience, clubs, volunteerism or internships. * Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, computer, and organizational skills. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Power Point. * Passion for creating a more inclusive and equitable workforce with an interest in diversity & inclusion recruiting and employer branding. * Ability to coordinator and collaborate with a team effectively in a remote work environment. You may have: * Experience working in a Talent Acquisition organization. * Proficiency with internal and external recruiting tools, analytics tools, and marketing/CRM platforms is a plus. * Strong project management skills and operational aptitude with the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives. * Capability managing social media presence for business use.
