CONTRACT DURATION: 6 MONTHS

CONTRACT HOURS: 40 HOURS PER WEEK

OFFICE LOCATION: REMOTE / VIRTUAL

PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE OF POSITION

The Cybersecurity Compliance Automation Engineer (CCAE) will work on a mission-critical project that spans numerous international teams. In this role, the CCAE will find ways to successfully deliver while working with teams that have common goals, but different priorities, objectives, and points of view.

The CCAE will develop, test and deploy Compliance templates for all types of cloud infrastructure. Additionally, the CCAE will centralize Compliance log collection, reporting, and incident management.

The CCAE will gain experience writing scripts for a wide variety of systems and applications (load balancers, firewalls, storage devices, directory services, etc.). The CCAE will also develop integration points for application APIs, enrich scan data, and develop Executive and Operations dashboards.

The CCAE is a key member of the Continuous Compliance program. Continuous Compliance is a critical security component of SAP's OneStrike initiative. The CCAE's purpose and objective is to take written internal and external security compliance requirements and transform them into "Compliance as Code."

EXPECTATIONS & TASKS

The CCAE will write Compliance as Code templates for SAP cloud infrastructure. The CCAE will also contribute to the development of compliance reporting, system integration and incident management processes.

SKILLS / COMPETENCIES

The CCAE should have a general proficiency in software development, automation and cybersecurity. The CCAE will need to be a quick learner, and adaptable to changing technologies and security requirements.
