Summary
The Advisory Marketing Specialist II is responsible for supporting the initiatives offered through the Investment Products & Services Group to Stifel Financial Advisors across the Firm's branch office network. The Specialist II will work closely with the Investment Products & Services Group management to communicate program enhancements, advisory regulations, and tools designed to support Financial Advisors' efforts.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Analyze complex investment situations and provide guidance/solutions to FAs.
* Analyze the competitive landscape and provide management with ideas to ensure Stifel's advisory platform meets/exceeds the competition.
* Coach and assist Specialists in developing appropriate investment solutions for FAs.
* Provide education, support, and solutions to FA inquiries and calls.
* Develop compelling product marketing, presentation, and proposal materials.
* Represent the Investment Products & Services Group as a speaker at industry & Stifel events, including recruiting events.
* Assist Financial Advisors in recommending proper asset allocation for clients' portfolios.
* Represent the Investment products and Services Group as a speaker at industry and Stifel events, including but not limited to recruiting efforts and new Advisor training.
* Lead/Assist with Request for Proposals (RFPs).
* Conduct Financial Advisor training.
* Meet with potential Financial Advisors at the home office visit.
* Present investment advisory topics via Zoom and in person.

Qualifications
* Ability to understand complex investment situations and guide Advisors in implementing solutions.
* In-depth knowledge of advisory business with specific background in mutual funds, ETFs, separate account management, investment performance measurement, and asset allocation.
* Ability to work independently and interact with Investment Products & Services Senior Management to communicate and implement Advisory Marketing initiatives.

Education & Experience
* Minimum Required: Bachelor's degree in business or related field
* Minimum Required: 3-5 years experience in Financial Services and 1-2 years in Advisory.

Licenses & Credentials
* Minimum Required: Series 7, 63 & 65, or 66 within one year of hire.

Systems & Technology
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
* Morningstar Direct and Workstation are preferred.
