McBoss stands for Marine Corp Business Operations Support Services that is a multi-platform, cloud-enabled environment which allows customers in the Navy and Marines to access and build applications for Marine Corp and Navy use. These services are being leveraged on multiple teams that support security, operations, container applications, and built within a DevSecOps lifecycle. It is a PaaS (Platform as a Service) model that develops and modernizes new systems and applications with the policies within the DoD Directive for Information Technology implementation and portfolio management.

The mission of the U.S. Marines is to analyze, develop, and direct the Marine Corps' energy strategy in order to optimize expeditionary capabilities across all warfighting functions.

The Project Managers will support the Program Manager in the completion and reporting of all products generated.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or Business.
• Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification or Certified DAWIA Advanced/Level 2 in Program Management.
• Ten (10) years of direct work experience with C5ISR or similar program/projects.
• Eight (8) years of direct work experience, to include: Technology Assessments, Systems Design, Systems Analysis, Programmatic Support, Acquisition Planning, and Budget Planning.
• Experience supervising project personnel and/or team, scheduling work, writing proposals and/or preparing bids, and experience ordering and/or transporting equipment and material.
• Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures and individual shall have written and oral communications abilities commensurate with this management role.

• Prior experience with the Marine Corps
• Experience with Software Development/DevOps Engineering
• Product Owner certification
• Scrum Master certification
