The Director leads and mentors the Project Engineering Manager (PEM) group. Utilizes expertise in project engineering to set the group's priorities and direction and execute project strategy and design. Additionally, performs PEM tasks on assigned projects and additional engineering assignments. Liaise regularly with other interdepartmental leads and report key findings to senior management.

Working Conditions:
Approximately 80% of time is spent in the office environment, utilizing computers (frequent use of various Microsoft software/programs), phones, and general office equipment. Approximately 20% of time is spent outside of the office visiting vendors' and/or sites in addition to attending various conferences and meetings.
This role's annual base salary range is between $148,000 and $225,000.
