EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION:
Significant high-level analytical/operational experience performing program/project implementation which may have included: scheduling, cost estimating, constructability studies, dispute resolution, claims analysis, or commissioning. Evidence of progressive career development and demonstrated expertise in construction management, project management, engineering design or related field. Experienced in the supervision of mid-sized groups.
MAIN DUTIES:
Project assignments including on-site representation of client, project documentation, estimating, scheduling, plan review, quality assurance, research of records. Capable of leading effort on mid- to large projects. Frequently initiating client contact and often a primary interface with clients. Working within project budgets and providing leadership on project teams.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES:
Engage in business development, participate in marketing activities, active participation in company initiatives, and project management on small to mid-size projects. May prepare, monitor, and manage client project budgets. May provide training to less experienced personnel. Attend and participate in professional association meetings; stay abreast of new trends and innovations in the field of civil engineering. Other duties as assigned.
