Overview:  Order Selectors are responsible for locating the merchandise in the warehouse, placing materials on the order picker, or pallet jack Select the needed pieces of merchandise and place them into a tote or box. This is a safety sensitive position.

• Must be capable of climbing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching on a regular basis.

• Read orders RF unit which will include: item locations, descriptions, and quantity needed.

• Move totes or boxes of merchandise (up to 75 pounds regularly) utilizing safe lifting techniques.

• Cross-train in other warehouse duties, as necessary.

• Able to operate warehouse equipment including Cherry/Order Picker, Forklift, Electric Pallet Jack.

• Consolidate products and organize products on pallets.

• Maintain cleanliness and order of boxes.

• Monitor inventory and replenish boxes as needed.

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include holidays and weekends.

• Unload and put away orders.

• Keep records of outgoing orders.

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include holidays and weekends.

• Assist warehouse staff in maintaining a clean and safe work area.

• This a a safety sensitive position.

Work Environment:
Fast-paced environment where frequent interruptions may occur. Requires frequent bending, climbing, movement and lifting during physical loading/unloading of trucks and when stocking products.  The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme cold and extreme heat. The work schedule is typically Monday through Friday and some Saturday (half day). This is a safety sensitive position.
