Job Description

Position Summary:

Responsible for the timely, accurate and successful execution of sales proposals for all FSS product and service offerings. Follows instructions of proposal request. Will seek out guidance to determine feasibility. Ensures that sales proposals are completed in a timely manner. Conducts routine tasks as directed. Operates under general supervision with minimal decision- making opportunities. This is an entry level position within the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for the timely, accurate and successful execution of sales proposals for all FSS product and service offerings. Works closely with sales channels on the interpretation of requests in order to meet customer expectations in order to fulfill requests. Responsible for the accuracy and the timeliness of the request within established departmental time frames. Ensures all proposal documents are archived and named according to established departmental policies and procedures. Ensures accurate use of departmental tools and systems.

  • Responsible for the completion of assigned sales proposals for products and services.
  • Ensures all elements of the requests are incorporated accurately in the sales document, ensures pricing adheres to company policy and sales documents are archived and named according to established departmental policies and procedures.
  • Ensures accuracy and currency of proposal, agreement, amendment, quote documents.
  • This includes sales document templates, worksheets, request forms, special offer letters.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Good knowledge of proposal and contract development.
  • Good writing and editing skills.
  • Ability to work successfully in a team environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to meet cyclical demands.
  • Bachelors degree or relevant experience
