Security Clearance Requirements:
This position requires all candidates to be U.S. Citizens and possess an active TS/SCI Security Clearance with a Polygraph.
As a Software Engineer II, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing complex and diverse software systems based upon documented requirements. You will utilize software development and software design methodologies to build and conduct simulations in the test and development environment. Also, you will be required to provide specific input to the software components of system design to include hardware/software trade-offs, software reuse, use of Commercial Off-the-shelf (COTS)/Government Off-the-shelf (GOTS) in place of new development, and requirements analysis and synthesis from system level to individual software modules. Strong analytical troubleshooting and performance evaluation skills are of key importance. To be an effective team member, you must be capable of working independently when necessary, with strong communication skills, the ability to follow-through, stay motivated, and collaborate with others to successfully completing all assignments.
