The Russell H. Morgan Department of Radiology and Radiological Science is committed to providing the highest quality medical care. Our world-renowned physicians and staff members, led by Karen Horton, M.D., focus on combining the latest in radiological technology with specialized expertise to diagnose and treat patients.

Johns Hopkins Imaging is searching for a Senior Program Administrator to support Imaging Leadership with the management of the department of radiology's analytics initiatives. In this role you will assist in developing and implementing data strategies, ensuring data quality and integrity and leverage analytics to drive operational decisions. Primary duties of this position include:

  • Collaboration with analytics teams to deliver actionable insights and reports to support decision making;
  • Collaboration with other hospitals and entities within Johns Hopkins Medicine on data projects ;
  • Serve as project manager and system administrator for departmental data initiatives;
  • Communicate data strategies and initiatives to technical and non-technical stakeholders;
  • Leads efforts to integrate and transform data from various sources into a unified and usable format

Ideal candidate experience/skills:

  • Data analysis, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Working with analytics tools
  • Working with data visualization tools
  • Working with health systems, hospitals, and physician groups, preferred
  • Administrative and financial experience
  • Supervisory experience

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or other field. Advanced degree preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in project management or team-based management
  • Five (5) years of progressive experience

Shift:

Full Time (40 hours)
