Client Services Onboarding Specialist

Gatehouse Administration Center

Description

Performs the full range of professional duties required to implement, monitor, evaluate, and continually develop employee onboarding programs; develops and implements an onboarding plan that communicates organizational culture, connects and builds relationships, provides understanding of position requirements, and highlights professional development resources; collaborates to develop employee web-based resources that provide open access to onboarding information and tracks feedback data in alignment with program metrics; supervises and provides professional development to a client services team responsible for fingerprinting and background check processes; ensures compliance with regulation and legislation; evaluates and recommends changes to process, workflow, and systems in alignment with established goals; participates in focus groups, coaching sessions, and mentor program discussions to identify needs and proactively develop resources.

Qualifications

Required

  • Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, public administration, education, or related field.
  • Five (5) years of progressively more responsible client services, employee onboarding, employment services, human resources operations, and/or professional development, two (2) years of which are in a lead or oversight capacity.
  • Knowledge of methods, materials, practices, procedures, and programs of human resources, client services, and/or employee support operations.
  • Knowledge of local, county, state, and federal, rules, and regulations related to employment law.
  • Proficiency in the use of technology and data compilation, analysis, and reporting.
  • Ability to lead, evaluate, and supervise.
  • Ability to create, plan, conduct, and evaluate professional learning activities and content.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and oversee program work/activities with multiple deliverables.
  • Ability to develop and implement continuous process improvement projects to ensure the provision of best practice in client services onboarding functions.
  • Ability to manage conflict, handle sensitive information, and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Ability to interpret, explain, and provide recommendations on workflows, processes, and procedures to individuals to gain understanding and compliance.
  • Ability to foster a supportive and effective working environment that supports and develops employees.
  • Ability to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with culturally diverse families, students, school-based personnel, central office staff, community agencies, and citizens.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Preferred
  • Experience working in an educational environment.
  • Notary Public Certification.

$68,138 - $115,949
