Work Schedule:

This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position scheduled to work Monday through Friday, with core hours between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Applicants hired into this position can work hybrid from WI or IL. This will be discussed during the interview process.

Education:

Minimum - Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject area such as Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred - Master's degree in a relevant subject area such as Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field.

Work Experience:

Minimum -

  • Demonstrated success leading large scale information systems operations.
  • Demonstrated success serving as project leader for cross-functional, enterprise initiatives, including agile delivery.
  • Demonstrated success forming and sustaining collaborative, trusted-advisor relationships with stakeholders and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated success managing vendors, partners, and/or managed services.
  • Demonstrated success as a financial manager and steward.
  • Demonstrated success leading, collaborating, and mentoring cross functional teams in support of complex enterprise programs.

Preferred -

  • Ten (10) years progressive experience in IS infrastructure and/or operations, project, product, and solution delivery.
  • Seven (7) years of progressive leadership experience in large scale enterprise infrastructure, clinical care, or clinical or business operations.
  • Demonstrated success formulating a viable, clear, and strategic technology vision.
  • Healthcare subject matter expertise including at least five (5) years infrastructure and/or operations experience in a health system, academic medical center or health payer organization.

Licenses and Certifications:

Minimum - None

Preferred - TOGAF, CPHIMS, PMP, ITIL
