Dewberry is currently seeking a Program Manager - Geospatial Solutions and Analytics for our Fairfax, VA office.

Responsibilities

The Program Manager will:

    Be responsible for the operation of Dewberry's Solutions and Analytics (S&A) team, overseeing a portfolio of projects, ensuring that they are appropriately resourced, and that staff are sufficiently utilized.
  • Support the sale of new projects and services through proposal writing, marketing material development and event attendance.
  • Support the delivery of sold projects through project management, client management, reporting and invoicing.
  • Manage personnel, contributing to goal setting, performance reviews and career development.
  • Report to the GTS Business Unit Manager, reporting progress and issues at frequent intervals.
  • Coordinate closely with S&A project managers regarding budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate closely with the group's Technical Leads regarding solution architecture, work breakdown structure and technical approach.
  • Effectively facilitate meetings with customers, vendors and partners.
  • Participate in the steering of GTS' existing and proposed products, hosted solutions or other technology offerings.
  • Be expected to travel to industry events & customer offices between 5-10% of the time.
  • Liaise with leaders from industry groups across the firm, including but not limited to Federal, Energy and State/Local government.
Required Skills & Required Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, GIS or other relevant geospatial or data science related field, masters preferred.
  • 10 to 15 years' experience working with data management and analysis applications
  • Knowledge of/Experience with Esri's full suite of products and licensing models
  • Knowledge of/Experience with Microsoft's Power Platform and licensing models
  • Knowledge of/Experience with cloud services (AWS and Azure)
  • Knowledge of/Experience with remote sensing, lidar and imagery services desired
  • Experience with Software or Platform-as-a-Service offerings
  • Supervisory experience
  • Agile project delivery
  • GISP or equivalent certification desired
  • PMP or equivalent certification desired
