This role directly supports clients in assigned tasks and responsibilities. The Cerner EHR At-The-Elbow (ATE) Support employs expertise of clinical workflows and provides end-user onsite support during go- live events. They have proficient knowledge of the functionality of various Cerner Electronic Health Record applications and stays current on evolving application features. The Cerner EHR ATE Support provides professional in-person assistance for Providers, Nurses, Ancillary services, Case Management, Health Information Management, Registration, Scheduling, and other electronic healthcare system end-users. ATE will PROACTIVELY support end-users and provide real-time instruction, leading the end-user to competency. ATE supporters must be agile and comfortable presenting while working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. They must enjoy contributing creatively toward process improvement. ATE Support persons are expected to deliver extremely high knowledge content to end-users while creating an exceptional user experience. The ideal candidate will have a spirit of curiosity and a variety of experience with performing ATE support in multiple departmental areas. They will be problem solvers with attention to detail, flexible, reliable, and willing to work outside of their comfort zone at times. Our ATE teams look for opportunities to engage and uncover things that may otherwise go unrealized while support is in place. They help the client build a village of independent users who can manage and grow long after onsite support leaves. Type of Employment: 1099 roles with guaranteed hours in short term contract/ Full Time

Work Location/Travel: Up to 100% travel - MUST be free from travel restrictions.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver quality education to client end-users and ensure all participants are engaged in the learning process
• Provide best in class professional at the elbow support during training and go live events
• Demonstrate the highest level of reliability and superior communications
• Provide high-quality deliverables with emphasis on relationship development and growth, demonstration and application of knowledge and expertise in specialized areas
• Identify and develop new opportunities to create and deliver value to the client
• Align individual performance to Edera's key performance goals
• Contribute to team collaboration

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Experience supporting Cerner EHR workflows and documentation to end-users in various specialties
• Experience providing at the elbow support during go live events
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to identify learning needs and provide remediation expeditiously
• Ability to deliver unrelenting professionalism, even in the most challenging of circumstances
• Proficiency in using Cerner EHR software and other relevant computer applications
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

Education/Certification Required:

• * College degree preferred, will substitute substantial experience in lieu of college degree
• * Requires proficient knowledge of basic Cerner workflows
• Proficient in Microsoft products: Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Experience Preferred:

• Cerner Training certification(s) desired (not required)
• Service Now and Remedy Force experience desired (not required)

Technical Skills Required:

• Experience with Cerner EHR navigation
