Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Typically manages a Sales team of 5-10 Sales team members.
  • Provides direction and guidance for operations, administration, and results for a major department or multiple departments within a function or work area.
  • Establishes operational objectives for managers and/or teams of professionals across assigned areas.
  • Develops and recommends strategic sales plans, account management, and pipeline development to support business growth and profitability objectives.
  • Develops plans and strategies for new accounts and expand existing accounts within an established geographic territory, industry, product segment, or channel.
  • Mentors and guides less experienced sales managers, as well as sales, and account executives.
  • Maintains effective client relationships with key senior-level decision-makers and influencers to understand the client's requirements.
  • Collaborates with senior leadership to set sales strategy and business objectives.
  • Implements tactical and strategic change throughout the sales organization.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8years of sales and business development experience within a consulting or professional services company.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience selling services & solutions of the Salesforce Platform & suite of offerings.
  • Minimum 2years of sales management experience

  • Advanced ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Exceptional influencing, presentation, and professional sales skills.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with C-level executives.
  • Advanced ability to develop accounts through serving as a trusted advisor to client executives.
  • Advanced ability to design, scope, and sell innovative, business-focused IT solutions to prospects and clients via integration of NTT DATA services, solutions, and capabilities.
  • Advanced ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Exceptional influencing, presentation, and professional sales skills.
