This position is part of a team responsible for design, maintenance, and support of the company's various information systems. The ERP Analyst will help ensure the ERP and ancillary systems best serve the needs of the business and business users. The ERP Analyst will work with all functional groups within the company. There may also be some work in Central business units outside of Bell.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design and develop new and/or improve existing applications, systems and workflow
  • Collaborate with users, development team, and corporate CIS to achieve application objectives
  • Work with minimal supervision to address the business, user, and data needs of the company
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in a programming field or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated expertise with MSSQL
  • Demonstrated expertise in ERP maintenance, customization, and optimization.
  • Demonstrated skills in troubleshooting, analysis, and problem solving.
  • Basic skills in Python, C/AL, AL
  • Detail oriented, methodical, and applies critical thinking to projects and solutions.
  • Applies best practices to achieve maximum uptime and reliability.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively with others at different technical levels.
  • Minimum 5 years of ERP experience
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
  • Experience with Navision or Business Central ERP
  • Inventory and/or warehousing experience
  • Manufacturing or agricultural production experience
